Taking the plunge

I was disappointed that I didn't find out about 39 squares until the end of the project. When I read that Amy has a new stitchalong project called Counting My Blessings I had to check it out, eager for a second chance to play along, but oh my, this project involves 100 squares!

And another blog.

And 100 squares!

And I already have a bunch of projects on my 'to do' list.

And 100 squares!

And I don't know where to begin.

And 100 squares!

And on and on and on...

But today I decided to take the plunge, so here I am. Hopefully I will be adding a square for the friends I hope to make as we stitchalong with Amy!

  1. Hi Debbie! A square for new friends.. I love that idea!! Yes, I missed out on the 39-Square project also, but am even happier to be in on THIS one! It will definitely be a good dose of "chicken soup" for MY soul, and I know it will be fun! Nice to meet you! ~tina

  4. Your grid layout is wonderful....the disappearing pen on mine kept disappearing on me...very frustrating. Plus, yours is sooooo straight. GREAT JOB! This project is just the greatest...I am loving every minute of it. Genie

  5. Hey, your comment about the dry erase marker notes on your bathroom mirror made me laugh, but that's actually a great idea. You wouldn't believe it, but I never even thought about doing that. I had no idea those markers even worked on mirrors. Cool! Thanks for the tip, Pam.
Thanks for stopping by to say hi and making me feel special. : ) Have a good week!
